Cancellation Policy
60 days for reservations one week and over
30 days for under one week

There is a $25.00 administration fee if deposit is refunded (prior to 60/30 days)

Rental Trailer Deposit
The deposit is one third of the reservation amount.

For accommodation cancellation notice of less than 60 days - If the accommodation becomes filled (by other guests on any of the nights previously reserved and for which a deposit has been taken), the full deposit (minus the $25.00 reservation fee) will be fully refunded on those nights occupied by other guests. On any night not filled, the deposit will not be refunded. We will do our utmost to fill the cancelled nights, however, it will not always be possible as most reservations are made well in advance.
