| Prices are based on one unit per site. Additional units will be charged $20.00 per unit or $10.00 per tent. Each unit is based on double occupancy, additional persons pay $2.00. Children 12 and under camp for free. |
| * The Mecca is a large area that can accommodate
more than one unit. The Mecca can be booked as one site for
$29.00. If more than one unit occupies the Mecca, EACH unit
will then be charged $22.00 per day. Each unit is based on
double occupancy, additional persons pay $2.00. |

day cancellation policy on all advanced Campsite and
Moorage reservations
- Deposits paid by cheque should include
campsite(s) information and arrival date
- A $10 cancellation fee will apply to deposits paid by cheque.
On-site Trailer
$99.00 per night based on a double occupancy. Additional
person(s) are $10.00 each, per night.
Rental units are based on 2 day minimum stay. 60 day
cancellation policy on advanced reservations. Please enquire
about deposit.

Checking Out:
Check-out time is 11AM. All campers are asked
to vacate their sites by this time to avoid inconveniencing
guests that will be checking-in. Violation of check-out time
will result in additional charges or removal of unit, at the
owner's expense.

Alder Bay Resort campsite policies:
- Sites are based on a ONE UNIT, TWO PERSON
occupancy. Any additional person(s) will be an additional
$2.00 per night. A $20.00 charge will be applied to any
additional sleeping units sharing a single site.
Note: Exceptions will be made for two one man
tents in a single site. (i.e.: kayaking
groups)
- ALL
guests must check into the office upon
arrival.
- ALL
space reserved must be paid in full upon arrival. NO
REFUNDS
- A
10% discount will be given to camper staying 30
consecutive days or longer for campsite rates
only.

Moorage Rates 2008
70 cents / foot / day (minimum $12.00 per day)

Alder Bay Resort Moorage policies:
- Moorage is based on the total length of dock
space used. (Boat length includes motor, etc.)
- While moored at our dock, we DO NOT ALLOW
sleeping on boats due to environmental
reasons.
- If
moorage dates are different than campsite dates please
advise us when making your reservation. (i.e. launching a
day late or taking a boat out a day early.

Late arrivals and No shows:
The campsite deposit will go towards the first day fees. If
we do not hear from you by noon the following day, the
reserved campsite and moorage slip will be considered
vacant. |

- Whale Watching Tours depart from the
dock
